SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - SECURITIZATIONS YOUR MISSION Managing the daily accounting operations of our Luxembourgish holding and securitization companies; Being the first point of contact for clients to deal with accounting and reporting matters; Independent preparation of annual accounts according to LUXGAAP or IFRS; Preparing required financial statements on a regular basis; Supporting tax consulting firms in the preparation of VAT and tax returns; Preparing and participating in client/board and shareholders meetings; Supervising and coaching of junior accountants; Liaising closely with tax specialists, audit firms and lawyers. YOUR PROFILE You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or similar qualification; You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the fields of accounting, domiciliation or audit in Luxembourg; You have strong knowledge of national accounting principles and financial reporting practices; You have a sound understanding of securitization vehicles; You have the ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to our clients; You always take a solution oriented approach to resolving problems; You have excellent skills in Excel and are capable of handling big data sets; You are fluent in English, good language skills in German or French will be considered an asset.
