This is a remote position. As a Retail Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our retail presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the retail industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development or sales. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the retail sector. Identify and prioritize target retail accounts for business development efforts. Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the retail industry. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new retail customers and expand our retail footprint. Drive sales growth by promoting our products and services to retail partners and customers. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, such as revenue quotas, sales conversion rates, and customer acquisition goals. Cultivate strong partnerships with retail accounts to drive long-term loyalty and retention. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to support the needs of retail partners and optimize the customer experience. Identify opportunities for geographic expansion and market penetration within the retail sector. Develop strategies to launch new products, enter new markets, and capitalize on emerging trends in retail Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the retail industry. Deep understanding of retail operations, trends, and consumer behavior. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with retail partners and attend industry events
A bachelor’s degree in design, or a related discipline. Working experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a comparable function is required.
Knowledge of wireframe tools and a portfolio of design projects (e.g. Wireframe. cc and Invision). Knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop that is up to date. Front end programming like HTML, Javascript, CSS & Bootstrap An organized workshop facilitator who understands how to prepare, run, and analyze a workshop with the team and customers. Strong expertise and comprehension of online and mobile platforms (iOS, Android design requirements), as well as their constraints. A great speaker who will know how to present insights, ideas, and concepts to clients and the team.
