This is a permanent position at an international telecommunication company. Responsibilities: Participate in customers meeting with account managers, for the purpose of collecting and analyzing customers requirement Responsible for technical solution design and validation in the whole project life cycle Execute efficient communications with customer as technical point of contact Manage the project scope boundary, identify the risks in the presale stage, and manage the identified risks. Interact with multiple internal teams including sales, product managers, network engineers and procurement managers, as well as external teams such as technical teams of partners and subcontractors. Establish the technical solution design with an optimized cost by collaborating with procurement team Edit technical proposal part of RFP documents Lead the technical solution validation and testing in the Proof-of-concept phase Lead the troubleshooting session with engineers, partners, and customers during the service implementation Technical escalation contact for service management Requirements Bachelors degree or above in Computer Engineering/Telecommunications or related disciplines Minimum two years of relevant working experience in Telecommunication industry, especially acknowledge and experiences in ICT service support Acknowledge with telecom product, communication/networking protocols such as TCP/IP, IPsec, BGP, OSPF, VRRP, SNMP. CCIE or any equivalent certificate would be a plus Excellent analyzing and troubleshooting skills Positive mindset, self-motivated, organized and team working spirit Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluency in English French and Mandarin
