Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Legal & Banking Department, providing support to senior colleagues. Manage and organize the flow of documentation to ensure accuracy and timely execution. Prepare initial drafts of legal and banking documents and correspondences. Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and calendars for departmental efficiency. Foster effective communication across various departments to ensure collaboration and coherence. Handle ad-hoc duties and respond flexibly to the changing needs of the department. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Legal and/or Banking Departments in Commercial Real Estate or Legal Services companies. A Bachelors Degree in Law (or in progress)is welcomed but not essential. We are looking for candidates who bring a broad range of skills and experiences.
