JUNIOR DATA MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR This position is accountable for providing high quality service through the management of day-to-dayactivity within Registrar & Transfer Agency department. The individual ensures a superior level of service is maintained at all times, shares knowledge of pending issues, promptly resolves where possible and escalates items where necessary to the line manager whilst providing all clients with an exceptional experience in all engagements with Investor Services. The incumbent will hold a position within the Register team and will be responsible for the various functions which consist of managing all operational tasks. Primary responsibilities Deliver High Quality services related to : Producing periodic and ad hoc reporting Ensure the adherence of our standard procedures and processes Perform tax compliance controls Maintenance of internal databases Manage mailing to the relevant counterparties Account maintenance Resolution of queries assigned from internal Departments Adhering to the terms of generally Accepted Transfer Agent Principles, Prospectus, internal policies, execute projects in order to minimize risk; increase efficiencies and improve quality Ensure optimal client service Essential Skills Able to work under pressure Able to work independently Ability to solve problem in an effective manner Flexible Well organized Excel Word Vlookup Working conditions : Behavorial : Interpersonal and networking skills with a proven track record of dealing with clients, management, colleagues and staff.
