This key role involves working closely with the CEO and COO to help run the companys projects across Europe. The person in this position will advise on strategy, ensure different departments like ESG Management, HR, IT, and Business Transformation work together smoothly, and keep projects aligned with the company's goals. They will also play a crucial part in making decisions, leading important projects, and maintaining solid relationships inside and outside the company to help it grow and improve operations. International Operations Director /Prague or Warsaw - based/ INTL/INOD/2404 Responsibilities: Strategic Advisory: Provide the Group COO with strategic insights and analyses to support decision-making processes, focusing on enhancing operational effectiveness and identifying business opportunities based on market trends. Team Coordination: Direct collaboration among various departments to deliver high-quality real estate projects, ensuring processes are efficient and aligned with the companys innovation and quality standards. Project Leadership: Manage and execute strategic projects, ensuring they meet the company's goals, contribute to growth, and achieve customer satisfaction. Stakeholder Management: Maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to aid in business expansion and sustain operational excellence. Negotiation and Partnerships: Lead negotiations and cultivate partnerships that are strategic to the companys goals and expansion efforts. Team Development: Lead and develop teams, encouraging a culture focused on performance, improvement, and innovation. Language Skills: Must be fluent in English, with additional European languages beneficial for multinational communication.
