The British Embassy Copenhagen is part of a world-wide network representing UK's political, economic and consular interests overseas. We are currently recruiting a student to join out Department for Business & Trade (DBT) .

What will you be expected to achieve?
During the internship, you will gain insight into and become actively involved in a variety of interesting areas related to trade and investment such as:
Market research and business development. Sector & opportunity mapping. Responding to Business enquires - Supporting UK companies to grow internationally. Accelerating UK & DK involvement in priority campaigns for Clean Growth & Technology. Event management. Stakeholder engagement. Some overseas travel may be required. Future projects earmarked for 2024 will enable the successful candidate to work across a number of exciting activities connected to our Growing Green Together Campaign.

What will you bring to the role?
The DBT team is looking to recruit a determined, self-sufficient, enterprising and result-oriented individual who is driven by an interest in business & trade. We are looking for commercial flair, strong interpersonal skills, excellent English C1 level communication skills and the ability to deliver across a range of sectors and activities.
