Global Custody - Project Manager (m/f/d) About The Role Contribute to the implementation of the Global Custody (GC) client onboarding project. Coordinate or engage in regular project conference calls/meetings with clients and various internal and external stakeholders. Conduct a thorough gap analysis of client requirements to design the operational model in alignment with the client operating model. Collaborate with the business change management team to address any deviations. Oversee the review of the GC Operating Memorandum and other operational documentation with clients, such as FX and Corporate actions. Establish strong relationships with internal partners, including Client Services, Custody, Product, and Transfer Agency. Oversee end-to-end operational projects for various initiatives, such as new funds, share classes, migrations, mergers, and liquidations. Independently manage project teams within implementation team and other work streams. Gather new business requirements through active participation in client calls and workshops. Ensure timely completion of project deliverables in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Implement the Target Operating Model collaboratively with clients and the operational team. Manage communications with key stakeholders internally and externally, proactively escalating potential issues to management. Maintain onboarding plans and project logs for the whole processes, handing over to Market specialists and Client support teams. Develop relationships with stakeholders, identify market opportunities, and support negotiations and drafting client contractual agreements. About You Background in finance, banking, business administration, or equivalent qualification Relevant experience in management/supervisory/leading projects in Financial Services and Investment Funds Industry End-to-end experience of project lifecycle in any methodology Independent knowledge of TA, FA, Depositary, Fund Dealing, Middle Office, Fund Distribution Attention to details, respect of deadlines, problem solving, proactive and analytical mindset Excellent verbal and written communication, time/people management, and supervisory skills Advanced computer skills (for ex. Excel, eFront, Multifonds, Olympic, SimCorp, GP3, etc...) Fluent in English; any other languages (ex.
