About the project:
You will be working for a project supporting clients of an American multinational technology company headquartered in Cupertino, California. It is the world's largest technology company by revenue, with US$394.3 billion in 2022 revenue. As of March 2023, it is the world's biggest company by market capitalization.
Your Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries regarding products, such as warranty issues, recalls, or problems with the products.
Troubleshooting problems with customer's service, providing guidance and instructions on how to fix the issue.
Escalating issues to a higher-level technician or supervisor for further assistance.
Keeping up to date with product features, specifications and the technology of the products they are providing support for.
What you will need:
Fluent level of Slovak (at least C1)
Good level of English (at least B2)
Communication skills
What you will gain:
Standard salary of 1300€ gross x 14 month
up tp 250€ Performance Bonus per month

Full-time, fixed-term Greek contract with the possibility of converting to a permanent contract after expiration
