We currently have a requirement for the position of Zonal Sales Manager. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing the entire South Zone business, driving sales growth, increasing market share, and expanding the company’s presence in the agrochemical market. The role involves handling business planning, market mapping, territory planning, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
The Zonal Sales Manager will also lead and manage the regional sales team, mentor team members, and build a high-performance sales culture. Additionally, the role requires close coordination with internal teams, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing regular updates on sales performance, collections, and business insights to the Director – Sales & Marketing.
