Key Responsibilities:-

Operational Leadership:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end logistics operations across all branches, hubs, warehouses, and distribution centers within the zone.
  • Ensure achievement of service levels, turnaround times (TAT), delivery performance, and customer commitments.
  • Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor daily operational performance and implement corrective actions to address service gaps.

    • Network & Distribution Management:

  • Manage transportation, fleet operations, route optimization, line-haul movements, and last-mile delivery performance.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of vehicles, manpower, and infrastructure to maximize productivity.
