1. 制定并执行区域销售策略与年度销售计划,达成公司下达的业绩目标;
2. 负责重点客户开发、关系维护及深度合作,推动大客户项目落地与持续复购;
3. 组织并带领销售团队开展市场调研、竞品分析、渠道拓展及商务谈判工作;
4. 协同产品、市场、交付等部门,保障售前支持、合同签订、回款管理及客户满意度提升;
5. 定期汇总销售数据,分析业务趋势,及时向管理层提交经营分析与优化建议。

1. 大专及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、经济类等相关专业优先;
2. 具备3年及以上国际品牌酒店销售或行业解决方案销售经验,有团队管理经验者优先;
3. 熟悉销售全流程管理,具备较强的市场洞察力、客户谈判能力及跨部门协同能力;
4. 具备良好的职业道德与合规意识,认同企业价值观,无违法违规及失信记录;
5. 具备抗压能力与结果导向的工作作风。
