2、负责处理宾客的问题和投诉。
3、负责重要宾客的接待工作。
4、进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作。
5、解决当班期间发生的安全问题。
6、向其它班次协调交班记录上需要沟通的事项。

1、大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。
2、英语良好，熟悉电脑操作。
3、仪表端庄，善于交际具有较好的管理和协调能力。
4、注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。
5、有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
