You Tube Strategist
At Ironman Lifestyle , we are looking for a data-driven, highly creative You Tube Strategist to take ownership of our channel’s growth, authority, and audience retention. This is not a role for a general social media manager or a video editor. We need a dedicated strategist who understands human psychology, packaging (titles/thumbnails), and algorithmic growth.
You will be the architect behind our video concepts, ensuring every piece of content we produce is engineered to perform, engage, and convert viewers into loyal followers.
Key Responsibilities
Content Conception & Script Doctoring: Pitch high-concept video ideas, engineer un-skippable hooks, and structure video outlines for maximum audience retention.
Packaging Mastery: Ideate, test, and direct high-CTR thumbnail concepts and write compelling, psychology-driven titles.
Data & Analytics Auditing: Dive deep into You Tube Studio analytics daily. Diagnose retention dips, monitor click-through ra...
