The Role

We're looking for a YouTube Content Strategist who can turn property, finance, and investment topics into engaging content that educates, builds trust, and drives action.

You understand what captures attention on YouTube and can take content from insight and concept through scripting, production direction, optimization, and performance analysis.

This role requires a strong understanding of audience psychology, storytelling, channel growth, and YouTube best practices—particularly for educational and high-intent audiences.

• Develop YouTube content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives
• Build content pillars around property, finance, investment education, market updates, case studies, expert insights, and community stories
• Identify content opportunities based on audience behavior, market trends, and business priorities
