QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Two years experience working with children in a Corps/Church setting and/or a two years college degree in Youth Ministries or Christian Education.

Must be a Christian with a strong personal commitment to Christ, a person of high integrity professed Christian beliefs and lifestyle, and feel comfortable discussing Christianity with children and adults.

Experience with Salvation Army Christmas programs and a working knowledge of Salvation Army Policies and Procedures is preferred.
