Real | Mō mātou

Our youth respite service in Tāmaki Makaurauprovides a safe and caring environment for young people aged 14-18 years who
may be going through a tough time dealing with things like anxiety and
depression. A stay with us provides a break in a caring environment where
taiohi are supported by our team of youth workers to get back on track to
feeling well.
We believe in the importance of community,
connection and relationships – and in the ability of young people to shape
