The Youth Services Case Manager plays a vital role in supporting youth and families through service coordination, advocacy, and individualized support that promotes safety, stability, permanency, and positive outcomes.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Youth Services Case Manager who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families through trauma informed, strengths based, and family centered practices.
