Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role

The Youth Pathways Coordinator is a permanent full-time position responsible for coordinating and supporting Youth Guarantee programme delivery across EIT campuses in Hawke’s Bay and Tairāwhiti. This role works closely with academic staff, Student Support Services, external agencies, and schools to ensure effective programme delivery and strong learner outcomes. The position exists to support young learners to build confidence, capability, and independence, while improving retention, achievement, and overall student success through a coordinated and holistic approach.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $65,200 and $76,548, dependent on skills and experience.
