Position Summary: 

SDOP is seeking a full-time Youth Organizer to help grow values-rooted, grassroots youth leadership in local schools and congregations. Organizers build relationships, identify and develop new leaders within institutions, and support them in taking collective action for justice. The ideal candidate is passionate about community, grounded in a sense of moral purpose, experienced in organizing, and able to work across diverse racial, ethnic, and faith backgrounds. This role centers on developing others, supporting local campaigns, and contributing to a team committed to building a more just and equitable San Diego.
