The Role:You’ll lead and develop our vital front-line team in our Yard & Drive Thru department which is the heart of our branch. Daily you will be responsible for:

Driving excellent customer service to our building and trade customers when they come through our timber yard area.

Controlling Inventory and stock management with the use of continuous improvement techniques

Leading, mentoring and developing the yard & drive thru team 

General maintenance to ensure Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements are exceeded

This is a permanent full-time role. Offering 40 hours a week Monday-Friday. About You:We are looking for someone with a passion for leading a team, who is highly motivated to make decisions and act to continuously improve performance and safety measures.
