The Role

Bedroq is expanding its Philippines operations with a move to a new office in Ortigas. We’re looking for an experienced Office Fit‑Out Manager to lead the design, procurement, and delivery of the new space ensuring it meets our standards for quality, functionality, and value for money.

This is a hands‑on role, requiring close on‑site control of local contractors, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to balance pace, cost, and quality. You will work closely with Bedroq’s UK‑based Project Lead and the Manila‑based Service Desk Manager (the senior representative in the Philippines) to ensure successful delivery of the new office fit‑out.

You will represent Bedroq’s interests day‑to‑day, ensuring our contractors deliver an office environment that reflects our culture, operational needs, and high standards.
