1. 全面负责厨房日常运营管理,统筹菜品研发、成本控制、食品安全及卫生管理,确保出品质量稳定并符合国家餐饮服务相关法规要求;
2. 制定并优化厨房工作流程、岗位标准及操作规范,指导并培训厨师团队,提升整体专业能力与协作效率;
3. 参与餐厅菜单规划与定价策略制定,结合市场趋势与客户反馈持续优化产品结构,保障餐饮服务竞争力;
4. 落实食品安全责任制,严格执行《食品安全法》及相关操作规范,定期组织自查与整改,杜绝食品安全隐患;
5. 协同前厅、采购、财务等部门开展跨职能协作,确保食材供应、库存管理、预算执行等环节高效合规。

1. 具有5年及以上星级酒店厨房管理经验,具备独立统筹后厨全盘运营的能力;
2. 熟悉国家食品安全、劳动用工及餐饮行业相关法律法规,具备良好的合规意识与风险管控能力;
3. 具备扎实的烹饪技术功底和菜品创新能力,持有有效健康证明,无传染病病原携带者限制情形;
4. 具备优秀的团队管理、沟通协调及抗压能力,能够适应餐饮行业弹性工作节奏;
5. 学历不限,职业素养良好,无违法违纪记录,认同企业价值观并恪守职业道德。
