· 确保所有厨房员工都了解标准与期望
· 保持冷藏设备中产品的清洁和正常运转
· 平衡运营、管理和员工的需求
· 确保根据工作效率指南合理安排和调度员工
· 确保所有工作区、器具和设备的清洁及维护
· 遵循厨房政策、流程和服务标准
· 在提供餐饮时须遵循所有安全和环境卫生政策
· 上级主管安排的其它任务

· 要求具有烹饪领域的领导经验
· 有烹饪领域的文凭/证书者优先
· 能熟练操作计算机尤其是微软应用程序者优先
· 出色的人际交往和问题处理能力
· 高度负责和可靠
· 能够在节奏快、压力大的环境下出色地完成工作
· 能够将注意力集中于宾客的需求,在任何时候始终保持冷静和礼貌
