What you will enjoy doing
Ensure all assigned machines are operating safely, efficiently and reliably, according to recommended operating guidelines

Ensure quality product is being produced at all times

Ensure process is optimized to the fullest extent

Ensure all raw materials required are available and defect free before being put into machine

Monitor and report inconsistencies in above areas for all shifts not worked

Should be able to make minor repairs to moulders

Assist the Production Manager in implementing required training for Machine Operators

Supervise orderliness, cleanliness and working order of the assigned machines and tools

Responsible to report any risks identified for Quality and Food Safety Management where food contact product is produced in the plant.
