Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of WSH management systems. Ensure full compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and company safety policies. Oversee and manage ISO certification processes (e.g. ISO 45001) and audits (internal & external). Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on all WSH matters. Champion a strong safety culture and drive safety performance across projects. Lead safety training, initiatives, and improvement programs. Prepare and review WSH reports, audit documentation, and compliance records. Requirements: Bachelor of Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health /Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety And Health. MOM Registered Workplace Safety And Health Officer.
