Job Summary:

Retail Engagement and Marketing is seeking an experienced writer and editor who will be responsible for crafting and editing our critical Retail field communication, as well as creating communications that enable our teams to get the information they need to do their job well. This role will work closely with our Communication Strategy team as well as key cross-functional business partners to ensure internal communications are timely, relevant and supportive for the needs of our field teams, including Retail Store and Retail Customer Care (RCC) team members.
