QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a 2-year Automotive course or any related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Knowledgeable in automotive systems and diagnosis.
• Able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently.
• Organized, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
• Dependable and able to follow instructions and respond to management directions.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must have a driver's license.
