An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Operations Supervisor to join a fast-paced fabrication and innovation environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong welding and fabrication knowledge who thrives in leading workshop operations, coordinating production activities, and driving high standards across safety, quality, and delivery.

The Role

You will oversee the day-to-day running of a busy fabrication workshop, ensuring prototype and production work is effectively planned, scheduled, and delivered. Acting as the operational lead on the shop floor, you will coordinate workflow, manage WIP, supervise fabrication activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will also deputise for the Workshop/Innovation Manager when required.
