Overview of the role

We are looking for a results‑driven and experienced Workshop Supervisor – Heavy Duty Trucks to lead our Aftersales Commercial Vehicle workshop operations in Dubai. This role is critical in driving workshop performance, ensuring high productivity, delivering “Fix It Right First Time” standards, and achieving Aftersales revenue targets. You will lead a team of technicians and ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations, with a strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and vehicle uptime.
