Position title: Workshop Supervisor
Salary: $3,000 - $4,000
Working Day: 5.5 days
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm ; Sat 9am - 1pm
Location: Redhill
Job Scope - Lead and manage the workshop operations in terms of vehicle diagnosis and repair services. Determine the work prioritization and to allocate work and support technicians for all workshop tasks in the most efficient and effective way.
- Ensure that the workshop premises are properly always maintained and clean.
- To ensure a high service standard & quality workmanship provided to our customers.
- Maintains appropriate service and repair records and stock inventory records.
- Ensure technicians write up a work order and attend to technical queries.
- Responds to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service.
- To mentor and provide training and/or guidance to fellow colleagues.
