Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Control and maintain workshop procedures, ensuring repairs are completed to high-quality standards.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure a CSI score of above 95%.
• Monitor and optimize workshop productivity, ensuring maximum output with minimal downtime.
• Work closely with the CRM system and produce reports as needed.
