            Ensure compliance of all statutory legislation and requirements at all levels 
Establish and promote safety awareness throughout the Company 
Establish WSH training matrix and programs for employees 
Assist in scheduling of HSE meetings such as committee, mass toolbox etc 
Preparation and implementation of Safety Program 
Develop, implement and review safe work procedures and Risk Assessment at project requirements 
Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy and WSH act 
Ability to identify problems and provide solutions 
Able to lead fellow colleagues and inculcate them towards safe work culture 
Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection 
Prepare and submit weekly safety report as required by management and clients 
Participate and involve in OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 implementation and audit
