            1. Safety Management System Development and Implementation Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s safety management system to comply with local regulations and industry standards. 
Conduct regular safety audits and reviews to ensure the system is effective. 
Set, monitor, and report on safety performance targets and objectives. 
Review and update safety policies to keep them aligned with regulatory changes. 
2. Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification Identify workplace hazards and conduct regular risk assessments. 
Recommend and implement corrective actions to minimize or eliminate workplace risks. 
Ensure that risk assessments are up to date and relevant for all operations. 
3. Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements Stay updated on changes to workplace safety and health regulations and ensure company compliance.
