About the Role

Our Workplace Experience Team is looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join a high-performing team focused on delivering the greatest employee experience worldwide. The role is global and office‑based for 20 hours per week, requiring fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they visit the office.
  • Ensure the reception and office area is tidy and presentable.
  • Book transport and accommodation for employees, customers, suppliers, and guests.
  • Receive packages, deliveries, and letters.
  • Log any company‑registered post.
  • Send registered company mail and parcels.
  • Manage and keep track of office supplies, ensuring they are always stocked.
