Our Workplace Experience Team is looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join a high-performing team focused on delivering the greatest employee experience worldwide. The role is global and office‑based for 20 hours per week, requiring fluency in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they visit the office.
- Ensure the reception and office area is tidy and presentable.
- Book transport and accommodation for employees, customers, suppliers, and guests.
- Receive packages, deliveries, and letters.
- Log any company‑registered post.
- Send registered company mail and parcels.
- Manage and keep track of office supplies, ensuring they are always stocked.
- Manage orders such as groceries and office supplies, ensuring they are always stocked.
