Workday HRMS Trainee

As a Workday HRMS Trainee, you will work closely with the HR Systems Team to support HR operations through systems and data. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and interested in HR analytics and process automation.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining Workday HRMS and keeping it operational.
• Provide backup support in managing and updating Workday HRMS.
• Support data entry, validation, and audits to maintain data integrity within Workday HRMS.
• Support reporting and analysis tasks using Workday HRMS.
• Learn to troubleshoot and resolve basic user issues in collaboration with the Workday team.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives.
