We are seeking an experienced Workday Analyst with deep PATT expertise to lead enterprise-level solutions.

Role Summary

The Workday Functional Analyst (PATT) is responsible for the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing support of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules. This role partners closely with COEs, Payroll, and HR stakeholders to ensure that Workday functionality is configured to meet business requirements, compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements, and optimised for efficiency, data integrity, and user experience within a strong governance framework where HRIS owns platform integrity and configuration and COEs own functional processes and data quality.
