About The Role

Purpose At 7IM, improving gender balance within the financial services industry is a key priority. While women are expected to hold a growing proportion of UK wealth in the coming years, they remain significantly underrepresented in financial advice and wealth management roles.

We are committed to helping address this imbalance by broadening awareness of careers in our industry and supporting greater access to opportunities.

This work experience programme forms part of that commitment. It is designed to provide students with insight into wealth management, develop their understanding of professional environments, and help them make informed decisions about future career paths.

As women are currently underrepresented in this sector, we’re using this year’s programme as a targeted, positive action as part of our commitment to improving gender diversity and are therefore opening applications exclusively to female students.
