Responsibilities - tender drawing and tender requirements
- Quantities taking-off, estimation and costing for tender and ongoing projects.
- Fill incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Undertake early stage budgets preparation and detailed cost planning.
- Source for supplier quotation for tender costing
- Review sub-contractors’ bids, negotiation of contract order values
- Prepare documentation for sub-contractors
- Measurement using on screen take off and glodon software
Requirements - At least 2 years’ working experience in Quantity Surveying in main contractor
- Experience with residential / commercial building projects
