Paragon is seeking a skilled Microsoft Windows (Wintel) Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows environments. This role involves working closely with end-users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of Windows-based systems.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Ready to work in UK shift from office in hybrid manner.
• Ownership of all operational services running Windows and x86 services on Public Cloud, Private Cloud and On Prem platforms, both physical and virtual, supporting the UK, Ireland and Luxembourg businesses, ensuring all systems are fit for purpose, maintained, monitored and are compliant with Paragon’s internal and external obligations
