**About the Role**
Kelly Services is seeking a motivated **Winder Operator** to join our team in Brentwood, NH. As a member of the production crew, you’ll operate two production lines in a fast-paced, continuous operation environment. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality packaging and products for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**


+ Operate winders, packaging machines, and banding equipment efficiently on both production lines
+ Complete and document quality checks for winder, EDL, and conveyor at designated intervals
+ Monitor alarms, respond to signals, and report equipment or quality concerns
