About the role

As the State Coordinator - VIC, you’llbe responsible for the end-to-end performance of your pad locations, covering Levi’s Men’s, Women’s and Curve categories. From leading a team of Sales Stylists and delivering training, to managing visual merchandising execution and delivering training. This is a multifaceted leadership role where no two days look the same.

You'll work closely with the National Visual Merchandising Manager and Brand Experience Manager to help roll out national strategies at the pad level while ensuring local teams are engaged, sales-focused and aligned with brand standards.
