SUMMARY:
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings for:
  • Plumbing systems
  • Water reticulation
  • Sewer and drainage systems
  • Stormwater systems
  • Fire protection systems
  • Sprinkler systems
  • Fire hydrant layouts
  • Hose reel systems
  • Produce coordinated construction and as-built drawings.
  • Draft layouts, schematics, riser diagrams, and sectional details.
  • Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop compliant designs.
  • Ensure drawings comply with:
  • SANS regulations
  • Municipal bylaws
  • Fire safety regulations
  • Building codes
  • Amend and revise drawings according to project requirements and engineer comments.
  • Assist with tender documentation and project submissions.
