Ensuretherapy rooms, equipment, and treatment areas are prepared and maintained 
Monitorcustomer feedback, service quality indicators and operational compliancestandards. 
Maintaining the client database, schedulingappointments, managing contract laborers and employees. 
Performoutlet audits and identify areas for improvement in service execution andcustomer experience. 
Workclosely with leaders to strengthen service quality, team discipline andcustomer satisfaction. 
Supportonboarding and structured skills development for new employees. 
Placing orders of supplies and retail, managinginventory control and interviewing new staff members.
