Job Summary
Serves practice/facility-based employee wellness and well-being initiatives by providing outreach to employees experiencing distress or adverse events. Acts as a resource to assist employees in navigating well-being resource options, including on site and virtual support resources, and provides an evidence-based, on-site model for identifying and mitigating distress.
Job Duties
+ Provides on-site distress screening and peer-level support.
+ Assists in the triage and navigation of employees identified as in need of additional behavioral health or emotional support.
+ Engages employees by way of unit rounding and meeting attendance, serving as an on-site, consistent contact for employees as needed.
+ Represents the system well-being task force as an expert in the options available for employee support, and proper identification of the appropriate option in any given situation.
