Antahā is a global movement rooted in inner stillness, silence, and authentic human connection. Founded by Sitender Sehrawat — a teacher with years of monastic living in the Himalayas — Antahā brings immersive experiential events to cities across the world, guiding people into a direct encounter with their own inner depth through sound, silence, movement, and conscious presence, all aiming towards helping people come out of loneliness of their own self, people around them and the community.
