Well Site Supervisor In Training

The Well Site Supervisor In Training is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team (Hypercare, Engineering, Contractors, and Service Companies) to safely deliver world-class wells at the Well Site. During well execution, the Well Site Supervisor drives engagement across the team, using a project management approach to lead through others and achieve exceptional outcomes.

This position is located on a work unit in the Gulf of America and will initially support well intervention activities. The Well Site Supervisor works onsite on a rotational basis and supports the Well Operations Team Lead (WOTL), with occasional rotations to either Houston office or New Orleans are also expected.
