Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair welding line equipment, including robotic systems.
Utilize systematic troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of mechanical, electrical, and controls-related failures.
Apply knowledge of robotics (including Nachi systems), PLC logic, and operating systems to resolve issues efficiently.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance (PM) tasks according to weld line schedules.
Take a proactive approach by identifying potential failures before they impact production.
Repair defects found during PMs and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence.
