Welder Fabricator


What we are looking for:

Responsible for accurately reading blueprints to lay out, measure, cut, and assemble materials to exact specifications using various welding techniques. This role requires the proficient operation of common trade tools and specialized fabrication machinery within a fast-paced production environment. A central focus of the position is dedication to maintaining a clean workspace and actively contributing to an incident-and-injury-free (IIF) safety culture.



What you’ll do:

Safety & Compliance

· Report to work ready to perform assigned tasks using established safe work practices and prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE).

· Use proper tools and equipment correctly; ask a supervisor before use if your knowledge or proficiency is questionable.

· Attend and actively participate in all weekly safety toolbox meetings.
