Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform welding using SMAW, MIG, TIG, or other applicable processes
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal parts and structures
• Read and interpret basic welding symbols and drawings
• Inspect welded joints for quality and accuracy
• Maintain welding equipment and tools
• Follow safety procedures and DOLE OSH Standards
• Use required PPE at all times (welding mask, gloves, etc.)

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• TESDA NC II in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) or equivalent
• With relevant welding experience preferred

Skills:

• Welding and metal fabrication skills
• Ability to read basic technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Safety-conscious and physically fit
